Heather L. Smith
Heather graduated from Boston College with a degree in English and attended the Marshall-Wythe School of Law at William & Mary in Williamsburg, VA. Heather loves to read, loves to dote on her sons, and loves Pumpkin Spice Latte time!
Heather is a Fellow of the Wm. Reece-Smith Leadership Academy of the Florida Bar, was a member of St. Lucie Leadership XXV, and served on the 19th Judicial Circuit Board Disciplinary Committee of the Florida Bar.
Today, I’m still a lawyer, but what I am is a Working Mom Lawyer.
Joseph E. Smith
Joe graduated from the University of Central Florida in Orlando with a degree in Organizational Communications. Smith earned his M.A. in Political Management from The George Washington, University, Washington, D.C. After 16 years serving his neighbors in elected office, Joe enjoys spending quieter moments with Heather and The Boys (as he affectionately calls them).
Joe is a former president of the Florida Court Clerks and Comptrollers. Joe supports the community and serves on numerous boards including Big Brothers Big Sisters of St. Lucie, Indian River, and Okeechobee Counties. Smith is a brother of Omega Psi Phi Fraternity, Incorporated, attends St. Simon’s Church, and lives in a house divided as a proud Miami Dol-fan (even though Heather likes the Bills). Most importantly, Joe is excited to support Heather’s goal of making life planning easier for everyone.
